A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING OFF PREMISES
PERMIT
• WHEREAS, Resolution Number 85 -32 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach in 1985; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.50.045
stated that application fees for off premises permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for off premises permits.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established: $7.50
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
