A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE
PERMIT
• WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -30 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -30 stated that the
application for temporary street closure permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
fee for application for temporary street closure permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for application of temporary street closure permit:
$20.00.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
