A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING ANNUAL VEHICLE
FEES
. WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -25 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -25 stated that annual
vehicle fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
annual vehicle fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the annual vehicle
fees:
Taxi cab: $150.00 first cab and
$45.00 for each additional
cab
All others: $50.00 first vehicle and
$20.00 for each additional
vehicle
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
