RESOLUTION NO. 89 -109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE
PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CLIFF DRIVE.

WHEREAS, Section 12.44.010 of the
Newport
Beach
Municipal
Code provides that when authorized
signs
are in

place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or
park any vehicle between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
of any day for a period of time no longer than two (2) hours
upon such streets or portions thereof as the City Council
shall designate by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of
vehicles as hereinafter provided;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday
through Saturday, be limited to two (2) hours on the south
side of Cliff Drive, from the westerly limit of Cliff Drive
Park to San Bernardino Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Traffic
Engineer be and hereby is directed to erect and maintain all
necessary signs at the above location.
ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989.
