A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONSOLIDATED WITH THE
STATE -WIDE ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 6, 1990.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does resolve as
• follows:
•
Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find,
determine and declare as follows:
A. That pursuant to applicable law, a Municipal election was
held and conducted in conjunction with the State -wide election held
on the 6th day of November, 1990; and
B. That said election was held and conducted in conformity
with all applicable provisions of law; and
C. That said election was held for the purpose of submitting
to the voters of said City the following:

D. That pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the
Registrar of Voters has heretofore conducted a canvas of the
results thereof and has filed with the City Council a certificate
relating thereto which has been examined and is hereby accepted by
• this City Council, which certificate is attached hereto and marked
as Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein by this reference.
