RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION 91 -97 BY
MODIFYING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE OCEANFRONT
WALK CITY COUNCIL AD HOC COMMITTEE.
• WHEREAS, on September 23, 1991, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 91 -97 establishing the Oceanfront Walk City Council
Ad Hoc Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expand the membership to
include a representative from the McFadden Square Improvement
Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
1. The provisions of Resolution No. 91 -97 that established
the membership of the Oceanfront Walk City Council Ad Hoc Committee
are amended to add one (1) representative from the McFadden Square
Business Association, one (1) representative from the West Newport
Beach Association, and one (1) representative appointed by
Councilmember Hedges.
ADOPTED, this 14th day of October , 1991.
