A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING THE ANNUAL PIER FEE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 17.33.030 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 67.
WHEREAS, Section 17.33.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that an annual pier fee is established by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all fees recommended by the
City Manager and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach hereby establishes the following Schedule of Fees as the
amounts to be deposited with the City pursuant to Section 17.33.030 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code:

A. Non - Residential Piers
B. Commercial Piers
$65.00 per year
$.25 per square
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the fees shall become effective
January 1, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 91 - 67 is hereby
rescinded effective January 1, 1994.
ADOPTED, this 9th day of August, 1993.
