A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS
TO AMEND THE DUTIES OF, EXTEND THE TBRMINATION
DATES OF, OR SUNSET VARIOUS CITY COMMITTEES.
• WHEREAS, the City Council Policy Manual requires periodic
review of the status of Boards, Commissions, and Committees; and
WHEREAS, the City conducted this review on December 13, 1993,
and determined that the terms of certain Committees should be
revised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
1. Balboa Bay Club City Council Ad Hoc Committee. Section
5 of Resolution No. 89 -147, and corresponding provisions of
Resolution No. 91 -107 are amended to read as follows:
115. Termination. The Committee shall be extended
and duties continue until further action by the City
Council.
2. Oceanfront Walk Ad Hoc City Council Committee. Section
3 of Resolution No. 91 -97 is amended to read as follows:
113. The Committee shall be extended until further
action by the City Council.
3. Open Space Ad Hoc Citv Council Committee. The Open
Space Ad Hoc City Council Committee is hereby sunsetted effective
December 13, 1993, per the official minutes of the meeting of the
City Council. Resolution No. 92 -123 is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED, this 14th day of February, 1994.
