A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH RELATING TO ITS REGULAR MEETING
SCHEDULE FOR 2011.
WHEREAS, Section 407 of the City of Newport Beach's City Charter directs that the
City hold regular meetings at least twice each month; and
WHEREAS, the Charter also directs that the times and dates of the regular meetings
be set by Ordinance or Resolution; and
WHEREAS, planning for the 2011 calendar year obligates the City to adopt a 2011
Calendar early in the year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach hereby adopts the following schedule for its regular meetings in 2011:
CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETINGS FOR 2011
January 11 and 25
February 8 and 22
March 8 and 22
April 12 and 26
May 10 and 24
June 14 and 28
July 12 and 26
August 9
September 13 and 27
October 11 and 25
November 8 and 22
December 13
ADOPTED this 11t' day of January, 2011.

I, Leilani I. Brown, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council is seven; that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. 2011 -3 was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by the City
Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 11th day of
January, 2011, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
