Yearly, the City Council contracts for an annual audit of the financial
transactions of the City and manageinent improvement recommendations,
if improvements are evident to thO. auditors.

Commencing in 1981, every three yeats, the City shall obtain written
proposals from interested auditors conduct this auditing service,
and from these proposals, thejCouncil shall select an auditor to
perform the work.
