A single honorary Balboa Bay Club membership card will be held by
the City in the name of the City Manager. This card shall be
issued for official City business only. The matter of honorary
membership cards issued to individual Council members will be
left to their discretion.
The Balboa Bay Club will provide information to Council Members
as to the value of complimentary Balboa Bay Club memberships
which shall be reported on the Statement of Economic Interests
of each individual Council Member.
