COMPLIMENTARY BALBOA BAY CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARDS
A single honorary Balboa Bay Club membership card will be held by the
City in the name of the City Manager. This card shall be issued for
official City business only. The matter of honorary membership cards
issued to individual Council members will be left to their discretion.
This policy is established in recognition of the fact that the honorary
card does not appear to constitute a gratuity which would indicate an
actual monetary gift made in return for a favor or service.
