COUNCIL MEETINGS AGENDA DISTRIBUTION TO
THE PUBLIC BY MAIL
The Agenda of City Council meetings will be mailed to any business,

organization or individual upon furnishing the City Clerk's
office with stamped,

3ddressed envelopes. The City Clerk
shall specify type, size anti postage due.

In addition to agendas, any nsiness, organization or individual
may obtain a complete packet/ of associated backup material for each
City Council or Planning Commission meeting. Such packets shall be
provided at a cost of $31.00 each and must be picked up at the

City Hall, at which ti4 payment will be made.
