COUNCIL BUDGET REVIEW PROCEDURE
Council study sgssions of budget review shall be recorded. All
Council changes hn the City Manager's proposed budget shall be
made by roll calf vote. Subsequent to Council review and
amendment to the roposed budget and prior to its final adoption,
the City Manager s' all provide each Councilman with an itemized
list of all proposed changes to permit a roll call vote by the
City Council on eacb item.
