Sales of surplus City property will be/made on a net - net -net
basis unless some unusual extenuatinly circumstances exist.
Any real estate commissions to by p d will be a.matter between
the buyer and realtor involved with the purchase of such a par-
cel of City -owned property. In a dition, disposition of City -
owned properties will be adminisfered by the City staff, with
any technical assistance necess #y to be obtained from the Real
Estate Advisory Committee of tb[e Newport Harbor -Costa Mesa
Board of Realtors. /
