LIBRARY SERVICE POLICY
The Newport Beach Public Library is a service - oriented library committed to meeting
the informational and cultural needs of the diverse audiences within the community
through the Central Library and the Branches.
The Newport Beach Public Library is committed to Branch Libraries to complement and
support Library service by the Central Library.
