If immediate or additional landscaping is desired, it will be done at the expense of others. 3) Developers who lease or sell lots rather than build will maintain parkway trees for one year or until home is occupied, whichever comes first. 4) A manicured parkway has curb, gutter, ground cover or lawn and sprinkler system. A non - manicured parkway may have curb and gutter, but is planted with trees and shrubs from an approved shrub list and has a sprinkler system. Areas presently maintained by the City, but in conflict with this Policy, will continue to be maintained. These areas are listed on the following page.
