1. The fees charged for use of recrq6tional buildings and meeting rooms
shall be established and period ally adjusted by a resolution of the
City Council. Said fees are t9rcover overhead, processing, key
deposits, maintenance, and re ated costs.
2. The Parks, Beaches and Recation Department may require a cleaning
fee from groups to permit contract for a commercial maintenance
service to clean the faci ity after a rental when necessary.
3. The Parks, Beaches and ecreation Department may waive facilities fees
for use of recreationa buildings, meeting rooms and athletic fields
when requested by co nity based, nonprofit, youth- serving
organizations if the ;quest does not require additional staffing,
maintenance or occu ncy costs.
