A minimum of fifty percent of the required guest parking shall be provided
in common areas, including both off - street parking bays and on- street parking.
These spaces shall be properly designed and located to provide fully usable
and evenly distributed parking throughout the subdivision.
The remaining fifty percent of the required guest parking may be provided in
private driveways provided that no more than one space per driveway be counted
toward fulfilling the requirements.
