The Newport Beach Public Library is committed to Branch Libraries to
complement and support the Library service provided by the Central
Library.
Because Newport Beach is divided geographically by waterways, the Newport
Beach Public Library is committed to Branch Libraries to complement and
support Library service by the Central Library.
