The City Council is concerned that said condominium conversions will have an effect on new State laws requiring cities to provide for the housing needs of all segments of the population, particularly those in low to moderate cost housing. r' In addition, the City Council is desirous of ium conversion projects and correction of Bu projects, as well as assuring that there is available.
