The City of Newport Beach is experiencing an ncrease in the number of
applications to convert existing rental uni into condominium ownership,

Development Postal V cancy Survey.
This policy is int ded to be temporary in effect and will cease to exist at
such time as the endments to the Condominium Conversion Ordinance and /or
modifications to the Housing Element of the General Plan are adopted by the
City Council, b in no event shall said policy be effective for a period
longer than ei t months from the date of original adoption.
