Reconfirming the January 24, 2012, approval of Site Development Review <br />No. SD2011 -002 by Resolution No. 2010 -10 for 1602 East Coast <br />Highway; and <br />b. Approving an Alternative Site Plan for the Golf Club site located at 1600 <br />East Coast Highway. <br />4) Introduce Ordinance No. 2012 -3 (Attachment No. CC3) approving Development <br />Agreement No. DA2008 -001 and pass to second reading for adoption on March <br />27, 2012. <br />1 <br />
