RESOLUTION NO. 86 -68 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH <br />AMENDING THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br />FOR THE CORONA DEL MAR HOMES PLANNED COMMUNITY (SUMMER WIND) <br />Planninq Commission Amendment No. 636 <br />1, 1, <br />u <br />WHEREAS, Section 20.51.045 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code <br />provides that final amendments to a Planned Community Development Plan must be <br />approved by a Resolution of the City Council., setting forth full particulars of <br />the amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted public hearings on May 22, <br />1986 and July 10, 1986, at which times it considered a certain amendment to the <br />Planned Community District Regulations for the Corona del Mar Homes Planned <br />Community so as to allow individual property owners to use the side yard of an <br />adjoining lot for parking purposes, landscaping, and the construction of pools <br />and spas; and <br />WHEREAS, at the July 10, 1986 public hearing the Planning Commission <br />adopted a Resolution recommending to the City Council that a certain amendment <br />to the Planned Community District Regulations for the Corona del Mar Homes <br />Planned Community Development, as set forth in the Planning Commission minutes <br />of the May 22, 1986 and July 10, 1986 meetings, be adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that said amendment to <br />the Planned Community District Regulations for the Corona del Mar Homes Planned <br />Community, as set forth in the Planning Commission minutes of the May 22, 1986 <br />and July 10, 1986 meetings, is desirable and necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has conducted a public hearing on <br />the proposed amendment in accordance with all provisions of the law; <br />0 <br />
