Vendors submit monthly invoice with:Mooring #, Name, Vessel Name & Length, Gallons Pumped Up to 3 discounted pumpouts per moored vessel, per month$27.50 per pumpout under 100 gallons (% paid by permittee)No fresh water flush or head repairs (unclogs) Cancelled appointment trip charge ($15)Only vessels with external, accessible waste deck fitting will be served (no vessel boarding)Program Details
Request for Proposals issued. Two vessel sewage companies responded:Mobile Harbor ServicesRoyal Flush Pumping ServiceCity could contract with one/both companies for equal amounts (~$25k each, or TBD)Duration: 1 Year or until funds depleted (first come/served)Review use and effectiveness throughout program to determine if it should be continuedConceptual Program
