News Prass on March 25, 1960 and the property eras ported in accordance
w;.th Zoning regulations.
FINDINGS OF PlANNING COfl_4.I0�:
The Planning (.omen; scion,, upon, a physical investigation of the subject
property, concurred with the arguments advanced by the property owners
than If the lots were resubdivided and rezoned to an R-1 district it
would create a morn desirable land use in this area.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF Pi..QNING COMISSION:
In accordance with the above; findings the Planning Commission reconmiends
that Lots 7 thru 12 inclusive, Block 53, River Section be rezoned from
an 7-2 to an R-1 District and that the necessary action be taken to
,amend Discr ct :-Tr,7 No. 2 o2 the Newport Beach Municipal Code which will
show the coning thereon,
