Press on June 3, 1960 and the property was posted on June 6, 1960. one
public hearing was conducted on June 16, 1960.

At the time of the approval of the final vap the subdivider requested that
this area be rezoned from an Unclassified Distract to an M -1«A District.
LUCOMMENDATIONS OF PLANNING COMMISSION:
The Cc ission concurs with the request of the subdivider and respectfully
requests that this =an east be approvad.
