No decorations on either side, in the middle, or above all four clocks. There shall absolutely be no electrical/power connections from the Clock Tower. • All lighting not to exceed the outlet or circuit breaker loading ratings. • All holiday decoration shall not obstruct any traffic warning, regulatory, guide, etc signs. • The proposed installation date is Monday, November 27, 2017 and the removal date is on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. • Traffic control for the closure of the East Coast Highway left -turn pockets shall be per the latest edition of the WATCH manual and the attached traffic control plan. Closure of the left -turn pockets are permitted between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a maximum of 30 minutes only. Both left -turn pockets shall not be closed simultaneously. Closure is only permitted for the loading and unloading of decorations. All other times, the contractor shall access the work area via the marked crosswalks. Applicant is responsible for all damaged material. • Decorative deer shall be placed in grass area- do not place tree on succulents or lavender plants. • The Christmas tree shall be placed on top of the Dymondia (low growing groundcover in front of palm). • Protect the landscaping, irrigation, electrical and trees in the public right-of-way area from damages. Any damage shall be replaced/repaired to the satisfaction of the City's Municipal Operations Department.
