Chairman Steve Rosansky called the meeting to order at 8:07.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Minutes of September 20, 2006
2. Progress Report
Motion: Gary DiSano motioned to approve consent calendar. Roy Freeman seconded the motion.
Vote: Unanimous
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Strategic Plan for Fiscal & Economic Sustainability (Continued Discussion)
The discussion of the latest draft of the committee's progress was led by Subcommittee Chair Henn, and comments
about remaining substantial items were made. The subcommittee will meet again prior to the next meeting of the full
EDC, and changes brought back in November for review.
2. EQAC Representative's Report -
Kenneth Drellishak reported on the following:
• No NOPs, DEIR's, or EIR's to review this month.
• Three applications have been received for EQAC vacancies; if anyone knows a person who may be
interested, please let Mr. Drellishak know.
