PROJECT SUMMARY
A coastal development permit (CDP) to allow the construction of a new single-family
residence and three-car garage. The application also includes a request for a variance to
allow the residence to encroach 5 feet into the required 10-foot rear setback and exceed
the maximum floor area limit.
RECOMMENDATION
Continue item to August 9, 2018.
DISCUSSION
The applicant has requested a continuance to allow for revisions to the proposed design.
