Attorney with points necessary for the drafting of an Ordinance regu-
lating the control of health conditions.
By motion of Trustee Geo.P.'7ilson,secopded by Trustee L.S.- Iilkir_ on
and. carried,the Demands were allowed g.& warFants ordered drawn to cower.
It was moved by Trustee J.J.Schnitker,seconded by Trustee Geo.P. ,
"ilson and carried that the City A"o-rney be instructed to draw, u7 a
contract for the collection of garbage by Harry,,7ard along the lines
sug^c-sted by the Street Superintendent.
Adjournment was taken by, motion of Trustee J,J.Schnitker,seconde

A Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Beach was held at the hour and place above noted.
The Roll was called and the following Trustees were present: -
Trustees J.P. Greeley ,J.J.Schnitker,Geo.P.i!ilson and L.S."lilkinson;
Absent,J.C.HcCain.
The Call was read and the Board proceeded to the business stated)
therein,viz: the consideration of the dredging and shipbuilding con- I I
tracts of the Pope Shipbuilding Corporation.
IIr.A.H.Koebig,consultin; engineer of the Pope Shipbuilding Cory, -
oration,requested that owing to their inability to secure-an dredger t
onerate in Nevrlort Bay,a contract be entered into rith the Yorth gmer-
ican Dredging Co to replace the contract held by them dated Aug.5,191 .

.7ilson and di�ly carried that a contract as discussed be entered into
between the City of I ?ovroort Beach and the North American Dredging Qo.
for the dredging of,a channel in ITevrnort Bay,and that the City Attorr_ y
and the attorneir for the North American Dredging Co. confer and prepare
a contract as outlined.
It was moved by Trustee-L.)."ilkinson,seconded by Trustee C•oo.P.
:!ilson anel duly carried that upon mutual consideration the contracts
e-tisting between the City of Newpart Beach and The Pope Shipbuilding
Company be rescinded.
