Councilman Lorenz stated that Austin Sturtevant of the Planning Commission had been an expert ; witness for Mr. Roberts before the City Council during the hearing of the appeal of protestants regarding the application for subject Variance ; and Use Permit. Councilman Lorenz was therefore of the opinion that Mr. Sturtevant should have disqualified himself from articip Lin in the recent action of the Pla ing C=A_ ATTEST.
