Board of Supervisors held December 30, 1958,;

Commissioner to consider grading for better
visibility and extra width for safe ingress
and egress of the intersection of Jamboree

Mayor Stoddard read an excerpt from the report
of the City Attorney to the City Council, dated
January 6, 1959, regarding procedure for
revocation of Use Permits and Variances.
Councilman Lorenz stated that Austin Sturtevant
of the Planning Commission had been an expert ;
witness for Mr. Roberts before the City Council
during the hearing of the appeal of protestants
regarding the application for subject Variance ;
and Use Permit. Councilman Lorenz was therefore
of the opinion that Mr. Sturtevant should have
disqualified himself from articip Lin in the
recent action of the Pla ing C=A_
