Travis on , July 13, a plan had been arranged to reduce the ten units in the apartment house to five units. He enumerated the compliance his client would make with the conditions set , I forth by the Council in its previous findings , for the necessary repairs to the Ocean View , Apartments, and stated every condition would be met. Mayor Stoddard pointed out that new evidence ; was being presented which had not been re- � viewed by the Planning Commission. A discussion regarding provisions for garage and parking space ensued in which it was , pointed out that the lot is only twenty -seven feet wide and there is space enough for only two cars abreast, Mr. D. P. Travis spoke from the audience and stated that the present pro- posal made by Attorney Clark, was a fresh, workable approach. The hearing was closed. Bernice Reynolds inquired whether or not the fact that she had invested approximately $400 for dirt fill on her lot would be credited to her. Mortelette regarding al- leged damage to goods stored in his garage at 516 Clubhouse, which was flooded with water on June 26, 1959, by the bursting of a water main.
