He- stated that he would agree..to the.-imposed condition .inAhe granting of the Variance that no one. would be permitted to enclose. the upper or- .lower floors in the encroached area. Planning Director J. W. Drawdy spoke. from.the,audience and.-state ,that. the. only property owner:who,had not signed. .the. with- drawal of protest was the owner of property located at 10,6 Apolena, which property encroached:, further into the re- quired front yard setback than that proposed by Peter H.
