The -Final Map for Tract No. 4824, as conditioned by the Public Works'De- partment, was approved, the City Clerk was authorized to sign said Map, conditioned that a.document be filed, approved as-to form by the City Attorney, relinquishing access along Westcliff Drive and Irvine Avenue except in the driveways shown on the Tentative Map for Tract No. 4824. Resolution No. 5694, authorizing the execution of an agreement with The- Irvine Company, .subdivider, for the construction of improvements in Tract No. 4824, was adopted and the Letter of Credit was accepted. Resolution No. 5695, repealing Resolution No. 5687 and establishing a no parking area on both sides of that por- tion of Jamboree Road lying between East Coast Highway and Bayside Drive, was adopted.
