CA 130 Redmond, owner of said.property, or anyone else may have to maintain said pier and float, should be revoked • and said pier and float and appurtenant structures order- ed removed. The recommendations from the Joint Harbor Committee, set forth in their Minutes of April 2, 1963, were presented. A sketch of Dr. Redmond's proposed pier and float alteration was also presented. Dr. Red- mond spoke from the audience and stated that he had instructed Croft & Neville to make arrangements to have the pier comply with the requirements of the Joint Harbor Committee.
