COMMUNICATIONS - REFERRALS:
1. A letter was presented from Chancellor Daniel G. Aldrich,
Jr, of the University of California. - Irvine, requesting
that.the City take. steps to effect traffic signalization at
the juncture of Palisades Road, San Joaquin Road and
MacArthur Boulevard. The City Manager was instructed
to advise Chancellor Aldrich.that. the intersection.to whicl
