Mayor Hart opened the public hearing in accordance with -5843 Resolution No. 5843, being a'Resolution of the Cisy Coun- cil of the City of Newport Beach declaring, its intention to annex to the City, certain property known as "'Annexation 3nex No. 53" (Newport Heights School area at 15th Street and Santa Ana Avenue). The City. Clerk certified that a copy, of subject Resolution was published in the Newport Harbor News Press /Daily Pilot and in the Santa Ana Register on September 4 and Res September 11.
