Wassall spoke from the audience opposing the location of the sign. Councilman Elder withdrew his motion. The hearing was reopened. The letter of appeal from Jack H. Morris and the find- ' ings of the Planning Commission were presented. Jack H. Morris and Harry Weber spoke from the audience in favor of the Use Permit. It was brought out that Mr. Morris and Mr. Weber were not representatives of Continental Pacific, Inc. , the applicant for the Use Per- mit. The hearing was closed.
