Minutes of ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY C
Date of Meeting: May 19, 1966
Time of Meeting: 7:30 P.M.
Place of Meeting: Council Chambers
Roll Call:
The preliminary Capital Projects for the 1966 -67 fiscal
year were considered:
The Financial Summary was discussed.
A discussion was had regarding General Fund- Harbor
Projects, Drainage Projects and Sewer Projects.
General Fund - Street Projects was discussed, and an
Mrs. Patrick Shepard, representing home owners in
Anniversary Estates, spoke from the audience.
General Fund - Miscellaneous Projects & Studies was
discussed, and amended. Margot Skilling spoke from
the audience relative to proposed parking lot in West
Newport.
The Park & Recreation Fund was discussed.
The Capital Improvement Fund was discussed, and
amended.
It was agreed that further discussion on preliminary
Capital Projects would be brought up again at the May 23,
1.966 Study Session.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P. M.
