An agent of the owner cannot execute this notice unless you, the property owner, obtain the prior approval of the permitting authority. OWNER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION DIRECTIONS: Read and initial each statement below to signify you understand or verify this information. kl� 1. 1 understand a frequent practice of unlicensed persons is to have the property owner obtain an "Owner -Builder" building permit that erroneously implies that the property owner is providing his or her own labor and material personally. My homeowner's insurance may not provide coverage for those injuries. Dear Mr. Wyatt: In accordance with your request, this final soils report has been prepared to address geotechnical observations for the remodel to the existing residence. This report addresses requested observations and testing. Copies of our daily reports are maintained in our files. FOUNDATION EXCAVATIONS The foundation excavations for the existing residence and additions were observed on May 7, 2018. The foundation excavations for the northwestern property line retaining wall and northern side patio retaining wall were observed on April 8, 2019. The foundation excavations were found to be acceptable at the time of our final observation. INTERIOR SLAB SUBGRADE AND TRENCH BACKFILLS The interior slab subgrade was observed on May 7, 2018. Probing and testing of the interior residential slab area indicated acceptable geotechnical conditions for support of the proposed slab. HARDSCAPE Hardscape areas were observed on April 18, 2019, April 19, 2019, and May 7, 2019. Probing and testing of hardscape subgrade areas indicated acceptable geotechnical conditions for support of the proposed hardscape. COAST GEOTECHNICAL, INC.
