• Mixture of 90 Senior Housing Dwelling Units and 27 bed Memory Care Facility
• Consists of 153 bed state licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• Amenities include: Cafe, fitness center, golf simulator, movie theater, indoor pool and jacuzzi,
bowling alley, restaurant and bar, art studio, game room, salon, personal driver services
(multiple sedans, Sprinter buses, and large shuttle bus).
6-Story Building plus basement: Height is 68'8" from main building entry
(with appurtenances and architectural features extending to 77'10")
•:• 118 surface parking spaces provided (1 surplus space)
Primary access to be from San Clemente Drive via a new curb cut entry
