Two comments for City Council
1. After 20 years living near Bayview Way I am not aware there was/is a 2 hour limit now—I've never known anyone
being cited for exceeding 2 hours. I am aware of a street sweeping restriction.
2. Bayview Way is used frequently all day, (some every day), and even for overnight parking by Fletcher Jones, Marriott
and neighborhood residential folks—not sure of enforcement measures by City and/or Park Patrol Officers—I believe
very little if any. Agree with making it 4 hour free parking but suggest to require and enforce a fee permit for unlimited
parking --generate revenue for the city!
Thanks for the opportunity and consideration.

I stand corrected!
Today I took a special look for signs on Bayview Way and low and behold there is in fact 2 signs that do say 2 hour
parking Monday through Friday ... 6 a to 7 p Regardless there is little or no enforcement as some folks park at will with no
enforcement concerns. Again suggest city get some revenue by requiring/enforcing a meter/permit program—
especially now considering the big deficit Lyle Brakob
