TITLE: Adoption of Fiscal Year 2020-21 Gann Appropriations Limit
ABSTRACT:
This item was to approve the Gann Appropriations Limit Initiative which determines
the amount that the City can spend from its tax revenues.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends a continuance of this item to the June 23, 2020 City Council
meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Due to recent proposed revisions in the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Proposed Budget, it
is necessary to amend the Gann Appropriations Limit calculation, associated
resolution and public notice. Staff is requesting a continuance of this item to
June 23, 2020.
