Dear Planning Commissioners;
We own a property a few lots south of the Evensen Home, at 3335 Ocean Blvd.
We are supportive of the request to encroach into the front yard setback. The
encroachment is not visible and will not have a negative effect in the
neighborhood. We feel it is unfortunate that the Coastal Commission has had
such a negative impact on the Evensens buildable area.
