An approved copy of the permit and construction plan shall be kept at the job site at all times. Work, which has been done prior to issuance of a permit, is subject to rejection/fine. City reserves the right to void permit if work does not commence within 30 days after date of issuance. THE MINIMUM COVER FOR ALL CONDUITS PLACED UNDERGROUND SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY, COUNTY OR STATE REQUIREMENTS. 10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PUNCH THROUGH & BORE ALL CURB AND GUTTERS AND BORE ALL CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS AND WALKWAYS AT THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY, COUNTY OR STATE INSPECTION. 11. ALL ASPHALT CONCRETE AND/OR CONCRETE PAVEMENT SHALL BE REPLACED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY, COUNTY OR STATE ENGINEERS. 12. ALL SHRUBS, PLANTS OR TREES THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR DISTURBED DURING THE COURSE OF THE WORK, SHALL BE REPLANTED AND OR REPLACED SO AS TO RESTORE THE WORK SITE TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
