Adequate Sites Inventory
•Required by Government Code Section 65583(a)(3)
•Local governments must prepare an inventory of land suitable for residential development, including
•Vacant sites that are zones for residential
•Vacant sites not zoned for residential, but allow residential development
•Underutilized sites that are zoned for residential and capable of being developed at high densities or with greater intensity
•Sites not zoned for residential, but can be redeveloped or rezoned for residential use.

allocated 4,834 housing units.
•Capacity for meeting RHNA
