TITLE: Request for Continuance for 944 Via Lido Nord Dock Reconfiguration
Proposal — Call For Review of Harbor Commission's Decision to
Approve
ABSTRACT:
The Harbor Commission recently approved a dock reconfiguration project at 944 Via Lido
Nord, thereby permitting the applicant to extend the dock float beyond the pierhead line.
On November 23, 2020, Council Member Herdman requested a Call for Review of the
Harbor Commission's decision. A Call for Review must be scheduled within 45 days of
the date of filing, unless both appellant and the reviewing authority consent to a later date.
Due to the limited meetings in December, the City requested, and the Applicant agreed,
to hold the Call for Review on January 12, 2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue the item to the January 12, 2021 City Council meeting.
FUNDING REQUIREMENTS:
There is no fiscal impact related to this item.
NOTICING:
The agenda item has been noticed according to the Brown Act (72 hours in advance of
the meeting at which the City Council considers the item).
