A modification permit is required to authorize 16 tandem parking spaces on the first and second floor levels. The project includes hardscape, drainage, and landscaping improvements. The proposed development complies with all applicable development standards including height, setbacks, and floor area limits. No deviations are requested. The project is proposed to provide valet off-site parking for employees to serve The Garden Shopping Center located directly to the south of the project site. Refer to PA2019-006 for 2902 West Coast Highway.
