The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Application: A completed planning permit application signed by the property owner. 2. Project plans: Please revise and resubmit one full size (24-inch by 36-inch) and four reduced (11-inch by 17-inch) sets of project plans that include the following information on the project plans: a. finish/seating plan b. net public area exhibit 3. Electronic copy. All of the above submittal items are required to be submitted in electronic format (i.e., CD-ROM or PDF via email). Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for Police Chief review.
